The role will be located in our head office in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. Expected hours are minimum of 20 per week, with more possible.

This role will suit an organised, detail oriented and independent professional who has strong skills and background in reservations, sales or customer service.
To be considered for the position, you must display the following skills and undertake the below duties:
- Strong attention to detail
- First point of contact for accommodation enquiries and bookings within a fast-paced environment and goal-oriented team
- Provide superior customer service to a broad and diverse clientele of guests
- Strong sales orientation, with the ability to inform, influence, and clearly communicate details on products/tariffs
- End to end management of all aspects of the booking process for the guest and business
- Strong communication skills including a professional phone manner and excellent written skills for emails are essential
- A mature work ethic and self-motivated to work autonomously
- Strong computer literacy
- Experience with booking systems and third-party booking platforms such as RMS, Booking.com, Expedia etc highly regarded but not essential
- Be a true team player, who will go the extra mile to promote our brand
To be successful in role, you will have work rights in Australia, be available to work various shifts, including saturdays and public holidays.
You must possess strong communication skills and are confident in problem solving communication with various people involved in the business.
