The role:
We are looking for a customer service whiz to join our friendly team as Reservations Coordinator.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the management of all reservations and enquiries (phone and online) front desk admin, online booking platform and hosting duties.
You will also be in a supporting role to the Restaurant Manager; assisting with general restaurant admin and coordination duties. Liaising with external stakeholders and suppliers, kitchen, finance, marketing and events.
This is a Tuesday to Saturday full-time, salaried role based at O Bar and Dining in the Sydney CBD.
About you – skills and experience:
- A minimum of 2 years experience working with reservations / FOH in a high-end, high volume, a la carte restaurant
- Solid understanding of a reservations system and the multi-management of incoming phone enquiries
- Understanding booking profiling and yield management
- Good knowledge for database management and the importance of data capture
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Experience with Sevenrooms reservation software
