The Role
  
The role is all encompassing, while there is plenty of support the expectation is that this person is very much hands on and client facing day to day while still maintaining a strategic overview and direction.   There is a certain amount of technological requirement involved, especially with reporting and data analysis.
  
You will also be working closely with your team (who are nice people, stable and very strong) and mentoring and guiding them in achieving the goals and business objectives.
  
As well as optimizing occupancy you’ll be coordinating with different departments, especially with the Marketing and Sales team but also across the whole hotel. 
  
Who we are looking for
  
You'll be someone who is excellent with communication skills both written and verbal.  In addition given the nature of this role you will need to have had strong management experience in five star hotels/resorts. 
  
We will also need you to have strong administration skills, down to earth leadership style.  Being a people person, confident and being comfortable working with corporate clients is also a really important part of the role.
  
Attributes that will fit in well here would be positive, professional and engaging.

Also given that this property is highly systemised exposure to this type of environment as well would be favourable.  Ideally someone who is good with management of software and able to effectively utilise the online booking platform.

Salary offered would be up to $78K+S for someone with the right skills and experience.
