About the Role:

As the first point of contact for reservations, you will be responsible for managing business relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and leisure customers. In this full-time role, you will be handling a high volume of reservations, your attention to detail and accuracy will be essential in ensuring a seamless booking process for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for reservations, assisting customers with inquiries and managing their bookings.
• Cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and leisure customers.
• Handle a high volume of reservations efficiently and accurately, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the reservation process, delivering a positive and memorable experience for guests.
• Oversee and address any challenges encountered by the Front Office and Reservations Team.
• Manage group bookings received through direct channels.
• Ensure the overall upkeep of the Reservations Department, including handling guest mail and lost property.

• Exceptional phone manner and organizational skills.
• Positive and trustworthy work ethic, adaptable to change, and a team player.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet while taking pride and ownership in the quality of your work.
• Proficient typing skills

Helpful Skills and Experience:

The following skills and experience would be beneficial but are not mandatory:

• Experience working with Guest Centrix or a similar Property Management System.
• Prior reservations experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Flexible availability to accommodate varying shifts.
