Zoom are partners with a leading FMCG site based in Cannon Hill and are seeking skilled Admin Officer for an immediate start, Monday to Friday roster, afternoon shift (1400-2200) ongoing assignment.
Duties are as follows:
- Data entry/order keying.
- CoR form completion. ( chain of responsibility)
- Driver Interaction
- Taking bookings and truck scheduling.
- Checking of inbound/outbound paperwork for accuracy.
- Keying of inbound receipts.
- Ad hoc customer service troubleshooting.
- Must pass a drug and alcohol test/functional assessment
To be successful for this role:
- Experience in a similar role (industry experience is preferable).
- Accurate and timely data entry skills.
- A good understanding of transport operations & clerical support delivery.
- Excellent customer service, problem solving and engagement capability.
- Admin- (Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS).
- Customer service focused
