Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm based in Waitara in Sydney's north shore.
Who you are
We welcome applications from caring and empathetic individuals from a variety of backgrounds. You may be a graduate or returning to work after a career break; a social worker; nurse; retail background or generally have an affinity to working with the 55+ demographic. Duties & Responsibilities
- Visiting residents frequently
- Assisting with residents concerns and finding solutions
- Connecting residents to internal and external services
- Speaking with health professionals
- Liaising with residents' families
- Reporting any safety issues to the internal management team
- Ensure accurate documentation of residents' information
- Degree or interest/experience in aged care, nursing, social work, welfare, retail or administration
- Current NSW driving license
- Strong communication skills and an empathetic nature
- Interest in working with the 55+ demographic
