Resident Support Officer

Whilst it is a requirement of this role to hold a current NSW Security Licence we encourage applicants with the right skills and attributes to apply and we can assist you in obtaining this prior to commencement. 

CONSTANT is currently recruiting for positions to support multiple clients in the Student Accommodation sector. 

Recruitment for the role is ongoing and for the right candidates, this is an excellent, fulfilling opportunity whereby you get to make a difference in the lives of residents in Student Accommodation.

These positions will support college residents, providing a safe and enjoyable experience while residing in the Sydney CBD, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs.

 Duties may include:

• Engaging with residents in a positive and friendly manner
• General night manager/concierge duties 
• Admin duties in line with business needs
• Incident reporting and management 
• Site security, safety and general well-being of residents and staff

We are looking for candidates who are willing to take ownership and develop this role on a long-term basis, working closely with the Customer Success Manager.

Extensive training is offered and these positions offer an excellent opportunity for people to look at a change in career, utilising their customer service and welfare skills whilst engaging with students to enhance their residential experience. 

Shifts are generally overnight with varying start times 7 days/nights per week working on rotational rosters, with extra ad-hoc shifts available. 

Current Rates 

Weekdays –$34.93

Saturday - $40.31

Sunday – $53.74

Public Holiday - $67.18

• NSW Security Officer Licence (can be obtained)
• Excellent communication and report writing skills
• Current First Aid certificate/CPR
