The Role: As our Residential Builder Key Account Manager, you will maintain and expand relationships with our Key Accounts, including several high-profile clients. You will be taking over from a long-standing employee, stepping into a well-established territory with a solid foundation for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with major T1 and T2 builders to ensure continued business and satisfaction.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Tier 3 builders and boutique builders.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions from our diverse product range
- Drive sales strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed targets.
- Provide exceptional service and support to all accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
About You:
- Solid experience working with major builders and managing Key Accounts in the construction or related industries.
- Open to candidates with a background in various product areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, appliances, flooring tiles, HVAC, windows and doors, joinery, etc.
- Proven track record of new business development, with the ability to identify and seize opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
