Position Overview: As a Modular Building's Supervisor reporting to the Senior Management, you will be a key player in delivering a new benchmark of remote life with resort-style accommodation. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities related to our innovative Modular Building Projects.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and motivate employees, subcontractors, and suppliers across multiple projects.
- Manage manufacturing processes, oversee finishings, and coordinate fit outs for Modular buildings.
- Monitor construction progress, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Manage site material/plant deliveries and maintain general yard housekeeping.
- Ensure project milestones, delivery, performance,
- Forward plan daily/weekly/monthly construction work, including resource requirements and trade coordination.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience managing self-perform and subcontract resources to deliver project timelines.
- Demonstrated commercial experience, including forecasting labor and materials.
- Background in Modular manufacturing and construction.
- Proficiency in monitoring cost and time of allocated resources.
- Ability to coordinate and effectively manage multiple trades in tight workspaces.
- Valid driver's license and white card.
