The Role:
The role would see you as an experienced supervisor managing and supporting teams in the Goldfields of Western Australia. The scope of works include Earthworks, Concrete and NPI facilities for the client on a 2:1 roster.
To be successful you will have:
- At least 3+ Years Experience in Bulk Earthworks, Concrete and NPI.
- The ability to manage, support and lead crews on site with a collaborative mindset
- Ensure that work is being carried out to HSEQ standards and in a safe manner.
- Ensure that work carried meets quality standards and specifications.
- Have excellent communication skills working with a diverse workforce.
- Currently live in Western Australia and have full work rights.
