About The Role:
IMMEDIATE start!
Oversee day-to-day operations of building maintenance and management of both single storey and double storey, HIGH END residential homes in the Perth region.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and contractors, including client liaison.
Provide quality construction standards and the use of appropriate construction techniques.
Ability to demonstrate a flexible, caring, and professional approach to customer care within a wide range of work situations.
