About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential Draftsperson to join our Gold Coast team working with the award winning Villaworld Homes brand.
Our Residential Draftsperson is responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate, detailed, high quality architectural documentation that enables the approval, construction and delivery of built form products in line with legislative and internal requirements.
You will be drafting new master designs in accordance with relevant building codes and internal design guidelines to time / cost / quality standards as well as maintaining existing master designs in line with internal and regulatory protocols.
You will bring your Diploma of Building Design (or equivalent), your extensive experience of residential drafting with your skill using Autodesk Revit software. This along with your analysis and pro-active solution focused outlook will help secure the role.
