AddressVantage Building Group is currently looking to appoint a Draftsperson within the Residential Construction Sector.
The Role
Working within the drafting & design team, the successful candidate will work across a range of tasks including:
- New designs (Floor plans & facades)
- For Approval drawing sets
- For Construction drawing sets
Experience Required:
- Excellent skills in ArchiCad
- Must have experience with QDC, Australian NCC and Covenant Requirements for Master Planned Developments.
- Attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Effective time management skills.
- Experience in built to boundary (zero lot) terrace product preferred
- Experience with LHA requirements preferred
Remuneration is negotiable based upon experience.
