- Use daily routines to provide hands-on mentoring to children and young people to develop life skills such as cooking, personal care, and budgeting.
- Complete all required documentation daily, such as Progress Notes and Incident Reports, in a clear and detailed manner.
- Perform household duties, which include the preparation of nutritional meals for children and young people and maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the house.
- Assist with all aspects of service delivery such as activities of daily living, social and community participation, education, and recreation.
- Act as a positive role model and supervise children and young people who live in the home.
- Understand and abide by organisational policies and procedures.
- Complete mandatory training and ongoing professional development training.

The house operates 24/7, including shift work (sleepovers, weekends, and possible awake shifts, as required). You must be available to work a minimum of 4 shifts per week.
About you

- Flexible and adaptive – be open to new ideas, cope with unexpected change and multitask with ease. Be creative in your thinking and approach each task with confidence and without judgment.
