Join the team as a Leading Hand with the idea to move into a Supervisor Role in about 6 monthsKey Responsibilities for the role
- Communicating with a range of people including site management, company clients, tradesman, sub-contractors and apprentices
- Providing direction and supervision to teams of Labourers and Operators
- Ensuring project deadlines are being met and quality workmanship in maintained
- Work closely with management and stakeholder to ensure a safe and efficient operation of the site.
- Trade qualification with proven experience supervising the construction of residential homes
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure
- A great attitude with good communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Achieve construction targets whilst maintaining a high standard of quality
- Health and Safety knowledge and safety implementation

$45 - $50 an hour on wages plus Super, Holiday and sick pay
