The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to take accountability and lead the team at this new facility You will be an active leader of the home and community where communication is valued and continuous improvement is promoted in accordance with accreditation and aged care standards.
You will lead a culture that promotes positivity and safety while delivering the Model of Care that focuses on the individual emotional and physical needs of the resident.
You will liaise with all stakeholders to deliver best practice operational and clinical services, including allied health, hospitality, lifestyle and community activities.
Key Selection Criteria
We are seeking an experienced and astute commercial manager with solid aged care management experience. You will also possess the following:
- Qualified Nurse (Aphra registration)
- Strategic leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge & understanding of the aged care standards and the accreditation process
- Business acumen (i.e. budgets, efficient rostering, occupancy)
- Strong HR and people management skills including staff leadership and development, succession planning and experience in change management.
- The ability to unite and lead a team that is focused on high performance in a values-driven culture.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement, OHS and risk management
In addition to a highly competitive salary of $160,000 - $170,000 plus super and salary packaging benefits, you will be provided with a career defining opportunity within a highly respected organisation.
