Role Overview:
As our Residential Plumber, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance and installation tasks across multiple residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and looking to advance their career in plumbing with a company that values hard work and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general maintenance, repairs, and installation of plumbing fixtures in residential settings.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance services to ensure systems are operational and up to standards.
- Installation of new plumbing systems and modifications to existing systems.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional service and advice on plumbing maintenance.
- Drive a company vehicle to various job sites on the Gold Coast.
- Proven experience in residential plumbing maintenance and installation.
- Valid plumbing license and any other required certifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A commitment to maintaining safe work practices.
