The role:
We are looking for someone to take on one of our Sunshine Coast Portfolios.
Day to day property management with routine inspections
Very efficiently run local portfolio
Excellent clients and hand-picked tenants
No leasing
No new business targets
No dealing with escalated issues
No QCAT
38hr week with no weekend work
Our ideal candidate:
Our ideal candidate is someone who is happy to settle into a long-term role.
Real Estate Registration Certificate
Full Current Australian Drivers License
Intermediate IT skills
Knowledge of CRM systems – we use Property Me – training provided.
Good communication skills
Above all – an honest, caring attitude!
