What this job involves:
We’ve got an opportunity for a Residential Property Manager to join our team onsite across two assets! In the role, you will be responsible for all facets of the day-to-day property management.
A snapshot of the role:
- End to end property management, including dispute resolution and QCAT submissions and hearings
- Ensure accurate preparation of all documentation relating to residential tenancy in line with legislation
- Oversee marketing of vacant tenancies and coordinating leasing inspections
- Communicate regularly with clients and key stakeholders on property related matters
- Tenant liaison – handling queries, complains and needs of tenants
