OPPORTUNITIES FOR  A PERMANENT PART TIME ROLE

All Care Australia are seeking to be a leading provider of care services. We are looking for Residential Youth Workers to support strong care teams in the provision of high quality trauma-informed residential services for young people.

  • Do you have the energy and enthusiasm to embed strong practice frameworks into daily habits?
  • Are you passionate about making an impact in a young person's trajectory?
  • Are you looking to advance your career within the community services industry?

If your answer is yes to these questions, then this exciting role may be for you.

About Us:

All Care Australia provides therapeutic home environments for young people with histories of complex trauma, abuse, and neglect. We care deeply about the wellbeing of vulnerable children and young people and aim to make a positive difference in their lives.

All Care Australia uses a trauma-informed approach when supporting the young people in our care. Our goal is to provide the young people with a sense of family, support to heal, a chance to positively connect with others and the opportunity to rebuild their lives.

We deliver services aligned with our values and our practice framework.

Our values:

  • Respect: we see people’s value and co-create opportunities for a bright future.
  • Integrity: we show our uncompromising ethical principles and value.
  • Safety: we work with people to carefully mitigate risk while living a full life.
  • Excellence: we use continual improvement to strive every day for best practice.

As a commitment to our young people and our team's continual professional development, All Care Australia has partnered with Dr. Paul Gibney who has developed an in-depth training program for our team utilising relationship-based practice. At its core, this training has an emphasis on:

  • The centrality of relationship;
  • The reciprocity in adult/child relationships; and
  • Social and emotional intimacy.

Our practice framework reinforces the importance of:

  • Relationship-based care;
  • Engaging young people in therapeutic processes;
  • The critical emotional skills;
  • Assessments understanding the repeating patterns and meaningful contradictions; and
  • Therapeutic conversations that create possibilities.
