AddressRACV Goldfields Resort is seeking a passionate and experienced Resort/Hotel Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our resort.

In this role, you will:
- Provide exceptional leadership and direction to a dedicated team across all departments and ensure seamless guest service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue generation.
- Drive a high-performing team culture and cultivate a results-oriented environment where individuals are empowered to excel and motivated by collective success.
- Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including accommodation, dining, recreation, and guest services.
- Maintain the highest standards of quality control and ensure an immaculate resort environment.
- Develop and manage a resort budget, forecasting revenue and controlling costs.
- Foster a positive, productive and engaging work environment, motivating and developing staff.
- Represent the resort professionally, building strong relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community.
- Engage with key business partners who provide essential support to the resort such as OH&S, People & Culture, Technology, Marketing.
- Develop high-potential employees ensuring a strong talent pipeline for future roles.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Extensive experience in a senior management role, preferably within a 4/5 Star Australian Resort/Hotel setting.
- Proven track record of success in exceeding guest expectations and driving revenue growth.
- Employee management practices including recruitment, reward and recognition, performance, retention, development and engagement are key deliverables in the role.
- The ability to engage with and influence internal stakeholders and business partners within our corporate structure taking a detailed and considered approach to manage risk & compliance obligations.
- Strategic planning, risk management, forecasting, budgeting and financial processes, including cost control.
- Project oversight of capital works and resort development.
- Excellent financial and business acumen.
