About the role:
We are expanding services on our busy client sites, so we are seeking to new Resource Facility Operators at our client's sites in Willawong, Ferny Grove, Nudgee and Chandler.
The Resource Facility Operator is a customer facing role where you will have a direct impact towards our mission of 'Making a sustainable future possible together'. By being supportive and considerate of our customers, you will promote resource recovery, item separation and recycling - to achieve this a big part of your day to day will be answering our customers questions and providing them with direction and assistance where required. Safety, house keeping and sustainability are core to this role.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• Ability to work full time with a 4 on, 4 off rotating roster
• Capacity to work on your own or collaboratively within a team
• Well-developed communication skills
• Ability to build a connection with customers from a diverse range of backgrounds
• Ability to undertake required duties in a safe manner, ensuring not only your own safety but also of all others in the workplace
• Zero Harm Safety mindset
• Willingness to undertake a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol test

Waste industry experience is not essential, however it is necessary to share a good attitude, dependability and having a proven ability to cooperate on processes and instructions. This role is hugely important to support our sustainability vision and is core to our success as a business.
