Resourcing & Mobilisation Specialist - New to Industry

Due to excelling growth, Programmed Energy & Resources are seeking a Fulltime Recruitment and Mobilisation Specialist to join our team in Welshpool.

The Role
We are seeking a candidate who has a vibrant personality and has a willingness to learn all aspects of Recruitment & Mobilisation for our major mining clients. 

• Sourcing and mobilising of suitable candidates
• Writing job adverts and advertising online
• Providing excellent customer service to candidates & clients
• Effective database management
• Promoting a positive safety culture across the business
• Experience mobilising personnel to our mining scope - Highly Desirable 

Skills and experience

• Confident, friendly phone manner
• Ability to work as part of a cooperative team & willing to help others
• Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to establish strong working relationships with clients and candidates
• Experience in the labour hire or recruitment sectors is beneficial
• Strong time management and organisational skills
