We are also a proud part of the world-renowned Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, working in collaboration to advance research for continuous improvement of clinical care.The Department of Respiratory and Sleep Medicine is offering a fixed-term, clinical position covering sabbatical leave and long service leave.The primary purpose of this position is to provide coverage for sabbatical leave and to contribute to the department's clinical activities.This position offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to the provision of high-quality respiratory and sleep medicine services within the department.The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, participate in clinical activities, and engage in professional development opportunitiesCurrent opportunities are available:Position A: 21 hours per fortnight available from 1 July 2024 – 31 Dec 2024

- Outpatient physician consultation (MBS 100% donation model) .
- Supervising junior medical staff involved in the day-to-day management of Respiratory and Sleep patients under the department's supervision.
- Active participation in the department's internal meetings, audits, and multidisciplinary meetings as applicable.
- FRACP with specialty in Respiratory and/or Sleep medicine
- Compassionate, caring and patient focused.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
