About the role
Join our Response Centre as a Paralegal based in our Melbourne CBD office in either a full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days) role.
As a Paralegal, you will be the first point of contact for all new client enquiries, which means you will be answering calls and conducting initial client interviews over the phone. As a firm we exist to help everyday Australians, so when a client calls we want you to provide a personalised, informative and above all, exceptional client experience.
Some of your responsibilities
Please also note that you will be required to work on a rotating roster between 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. These roles will be commencing 3rd April and the first four weeks will require higher attendance to accommodate training needs.

You will have a drive for client service and be able to provide the best client experience to all our clients. You will have the ability to display empathy on every call, be a great communicator and a natural problem solver. We work in a high-volume environment, so you will need to be able to manage your time effectively, while managing technology to assist when taking calls. You will be flexible with a desire to always accommodate client and business needs.
