We are on the look out for bright and bubbly individuals to be part of the restaurant team at the newly renovated South Australian Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
- Bring energy and excitement to our updated venue
- Engage with customers in an approachable and professional manner, providing extraordinary service in an authentic environment
- Preparation and presentation of a variety of beverages, including wines, beers, cocktails, non-alcoholic and specialty drinks
- Prepare and clear tables
- Take customer orders and process accurate payments
- Maintain a clean and organised service area, including replenishing supplies as needed
- Adhere to all hospitality regulations and guidelines, including responsible service of alcohol practices
- Collaborate with all bar, wait and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations throughout the venue
- Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring cleaning and equipment maintenance meets hotel standards.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict management skills
- Ability to work in a demanding environment while remaining calm and friendly
- Mindfulness and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to follow instructions and show initiative
- RSA is required
