Manly Boathouse, a thriving restaurant in Eastern Bayside Brisbane, is seeking a passionate and experienced hospitality professional to join our dynamic team as Restaurant Supervisor.  Maybe you're a waiter ready to take the next step in your career?   Or possibly looking at learning some new skills in a super busy - fun restaurant environment.  If you have the right attitude, we have the know-how to teach you a whole bunch of new skills, whilst working in a fun and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Overseas and manage daily restaurant operations on the floor.
• Train, mentor and supervise waitstaff to ensure exceptional service.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
• Assist our Floor Manager in creating and implementing staff schedules.

Qualifications:

• Solid experience in an upmarket restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and of course a great sense of humour
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-pace environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness and grow.
