Position Summary:

We're on the hunt for an experienced Resin Flooring Installer to take on the role of Epoxy Resin Flooring Supervisor. This is a hands-on position requiring a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Resin Flooring techniques and a track record of exceptional workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of Resin Flooring tasks including but not limited to coving application, epoxy regrading to falls, trowel-down application, concrete preparations, and roller-applied finishes.
• Ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and within stipulated timelines.
• Report directly to the Operations Manager, providing regular updates on project progress and any issues encountered.
• Demonstrate leadership by managing project resources efficiently and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Resin Flooring industry.
• Proven expertise in a variety of Resin Flooring techniques including coving, trowel-down applications, and more.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects to successful completion.
