Food and Beverage professional; able to assist with day to day operations; willing to coach the team to ensure the delivery of best value quality service; and contribute to a collaborative and caring working environment.In addition, we need someone with:
- The flexibility to work a variety of hours, including nights, weekends and holidays (but if you can't work all the above, please still apply)
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
- A commitment to being both team + guest obsessed.
QualificationsProven experience in a similar environment with a minimum of 1-year supervisory experience
- Presents themselves in a professional manner with impeccable grooming.
- Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all guests and staff
- Understanding of or willingness to learn, local and international cuisines, wines, and mixology
- Outstanding time management and communication skills, both written and verbal
