Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Asian cuisine, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in Restaurant Management. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Planning menus in consultation with the Chef
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of at least 2 years relevant experience
- Qualification in Hospitality preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Asian cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Restaurant Management software.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
