Job Description:
The Kebab Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of kebab dishes, ensuring they meet our high standards of taste and presentation. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, a deep understanding of kebab preparation techniques, and a passion for creating tasty dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of kebab dishes, including lamb, chicken, beef, and vegetarian options.
- Ensure all food is cooked to the highest standards and served in a timely manner.
- Marinate meats according to traditional recipes to enhance flavor.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including grills and rotisseries.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of kebab preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a high-temperature environment.
- Excellent shaving skills and proficiency in grilling.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary arts.
- Ability to work 6 days (Monday to Saturday)
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
