Position Description- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes with precision.
- Supervise and support junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure consistency and quality.
- Take responsibility for kitchen operations in the absence of the Head Chef (Sous Chef role).
- Passion! A strong desire to create amazing dishes daily!
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a high-end kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills and creativity.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Culinary qualifications or certifications are required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts across a 4-day roster with minimal nights!
