AddressTask & responsibility:
- Coordinating and overseeing the team responsible for operations in the Restaurant, Cellar Door, Wedding, and Event venues.
- Effectively leading the team and managing shifts throughout a seven-day roster, including weekends, while ensuring exceptional restaurant and dining service is delivered to all guests.
- Maximizing revenue opportunities and implementing cost-control measures. Creating seasonal beverage selections.
- Supervising the recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and support personnel.
- Ensuring top-notch customer service by fostering a welcoming environment, addressing customer inquiries or issues, and maintaining consistent service standards.
- Monitoring and managing the restaurant's financials, including cost management, pricing strategies, and revenue optimization through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborating with the chef to craft menus that align with the hotel's culinary style and cater to customer preferences, while upholding food and beverage quality standards.
