Qualifications & experience
- Qualified Butcher with extensive Retail Butchery experience
- Min 3 years in a Management/Supervisor role
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work as a team and facilitate teamwork
Tasks & responsibilities
- Working closely with the Store Manager, your role will be to manage the task allocation with the team between breaking, slicing, mince, sausages, crumbing, packing & stock management duties for both our retail and wholesale customers.
- Shared responsibility for spending time on the shop for giving advice to Customers and directing the team on a cut plan.
