- $65,000 - $75,000 plus superannuation
- Hiring, training, supervising all front of house employees
- Create and maintain weekly rosters for Front of House staff and managing budgets
- Leading the team as the face of the business, serving as a lead for handling customer enquiries and complaints, taking reservations, greeting, and advising customers
- Management of Daily Takings Reports, ensuring accuracy and profitability across all shifts and staff members
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
The ideal candidate must have:
- A relevant Diploma of Hospitality or Business, plus at least two years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Italian food and wine
- Management and leaderships skill
- Demonstrated customer focus
