Backdropped with a breath-taking view of Sydney’s Harbour and the iconic Opera House, generous alfresco dining space establishes an ambience connecting land to sea, with emphasis on dishes that reflect the serenity of the South Aegean islands.
What will be involved:
- Managing daily restaurant operations
- Motivating and training staff to deliver the best customer experience
- Opening and closing of the venue including till reconciliation
Requirements
- Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW
- 2+ years working in a similar role
- The ability to work in a high pressure restaurant with strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster
