To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
2 + years of proven management experience
Ability to thrive within high volume, high turnover establishments
Revenue, profitability and quality control in all BOH and FOH areas
You will ensure efficient restaurant operations are continually met
Experience in stock management
Advanced communication skills and a positive attitude
Effective time management and productivity qualities
Problem solving and decision making skills
Display excellent personal hygiene, presentation and grooming standards
Understanding of modern award framework and national employment standards
Working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S
A current RSA Certificate
Full Time contract offered at $72,000 per annum not inclusive of superannuation.
A Diploma Qualification OR at least 3 years of relevant employment experience
