Gusto Da Gianni is a traditional family restaurant; we mix elements of fine dining with tradition of family and desire to celebrate. We focus on providing the best friendly experience to our patrons. Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner but is also available for functions such as weddings, anniversaries, and other celebrations. The perfect candidate for a Restaurant Manager would have a sound knowledge in wines, experience in fine dining and running functions. Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience of working as a Restaurant manager.
- Good knowledge of wines (WSET2)
- Relevant diploma level qualification or higher
- Ability to work during public holidays.
- Good mentoring/training skills
- Experience with rostering, order handling, planning events.
- Great service skills, ability to pass knowledge to others.

Responsibilities:
- Planning menus
- Creating staff roster
- Pricing products
- Ordering stock within the budget
- Recruiting and training new staff
- Organising and running functions/events
- Creating policies, procedures, and standards for the restaurant
- Ensuring that the restaurant and staff members comply with health regulations.
