Job Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise a team of waitstaff and bartenders, ensuring efficient and effective service and smooth operation
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to uphold high standards of professionalism, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, cleanliness standards, and quality control.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the guest experience and increasing profitability.
- Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimise financial performance.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner, striving to resolve any issues to their satisfaction.
- Closely work with our events coordinator running events from start to finish and ensuring fantastic service is given to our guests.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and motivating a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service techniques, menu items, and wine pairing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with guests and team members.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
