Salary: $70,000/year (plus superannuation)

Main Responsibilities:
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail.
- Recruiting, training, and overseeing staff to maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Collaborating with cooks or chefs to arrange menus.
- Handling customer reservations and assisting in food and beverage service.
- Ensuring food is prepared and cooked according to the company's specifications, while controlling ingredient quality and quantity.
- Managing procurement of supplies and ingredients and maintaining stock records.
- Supervising the business's financial aspects, including expenses, income, budgeting, and staff scheduling.
- Overseeing financial matters such as equity and liabilities, including follow-ups on outstanding payments from customers or delivery services.
- Monitoring and addressing customer reviews to enhance quality.
- Coordinating food and beverage events, promotions, and advertising.
- Enforcing compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, tools, machinery, and properties.
- Developing, marketing, and executing promotional campaigns, as well as responding to customer questionnaires through various channels, including social media, email, and phone calls.
1. Work Eligibility: Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident preferred)
2. Qualifications: at least a bachelor's degree in hospitality management
3. Previous experience: At least 2 years working as a hospitality manager
4. Language: Conversant in English and one more language (Vietnamese preferable)
