AddressSofia on Cleveland is looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager for their busy venue in Sydney's CBD.
We are searching for someone able to successfully run and manage a shift, and has the ability to close the venue. all while working with a large team, in a fun, busy and idyllic location.

About the role:
-Able to run a shift and manage a high-volume restaurant
-Ability to close the venue
-Lead a dynamic and motivated team
-To handle all online and phone bookings
-Experience in allocating seating to include multiple sittings
-Ability to assist in designing menus on a seasonal basis
-Exceptional cleanliness control for the restaurant
-Ability to handle enquires for restaurant groups including weddings
-A good knowledge of wines and wine tasting
-Ability to assist the chef in food ordering
-Perform all aspects of restaurant service to the highest standard
-Be able to run a busy service and maintain high standards
About you:
- Excellent presentation and professionalism
-Always in the detail with great communication skills
-Honest and Authentic restaurant and venue management
-Solid understanding of food and beverages
-Positive can-do attitude
-Must be able to work flexible hours consisting of both day and nights
