- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Leading, supporting, and coaching front-of-house and back-of-house teams; ensuring staff meet sales targets.
- Managing restaurant expenses and wages; developing and executing marketing plans for future growth.
- Collaborating closely with Chefs and the General Manager to plan restaurant menus and schedule staff shifts.
- Upholding high standards of product quality, daily food safety, and sanitation.
- Recruiting and training new employees in product knowledge, core values, culture, and customer service skills.
- Scheduling and managing staff rosters.
- Monitoring customer feedback and handling complaints; resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining equipment, tools, machines, and properties to ensure proper functioning. Monitoring and maintaining food and beverage inventory; purchasing supplies as needed.
- Work Eligibility: Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident preferred)
- Qualifications: at least a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or other relevant fields
- Previous experience: At least 2 years working as a hospitality manager
- Language: Conversant in English and one more language (Vietnamese preferable)
