About the opportunityAs the Restaurant Manager, you'll lead a team of F&B professionals bringing events at our client's luxury hotel to life. Your friendly, professional approach & excellent communication skills will anticipate guests' needs, making sure they feel comfortable and satisfied throughout their time. Attention to detail and multitasking abilities will be key in this role, as you deliver exceptional service and leave a lasting positive impact with your guests.Key Responsibilities You will be a key member of the F&B leadership team at our client's beachfront property. Reporting to the F&B manager and your responsibilities will include:
Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring that their needs and requirements are met Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list, and other offerings, so as to be able to answer any questions or provide recommendations to guests. Supervise and train other food and beverage staff members, ensuring that they provide excellent service at all times. Ensure that all food and beverage service areas are clean and tidy, and that all necessary supplies are stocked and available Manage reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient service to all guests Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay up to date with the latest developments in the food and beverage industry, and to continuously improve service standards Work with the F&B Manager to develop and implement new menus or promotions, and to continuously improve the overall dining experience for guests.
