Your Responsibilities :
- Manage rostering, recruitment, and skillful stock management
- Navigate restaurant compliance requirements efficiently
- Oversee profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs
- Nurture and develop the potential of our team members
- Deal with customer complaints diligently
