Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of Italian a la carte restaurants is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the restaurant's performance and profitability.
- Training and supervising staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
- Managing budgets, financial reports, and payroll.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and a la carte dining.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
