About The Oaks Ranch:

The Oaks Ranch is a located close to the stunning Broulee beach on the South Coast of NSW. This beautiful Spanish mission designed 14 room boutique hotel has undergone large renovations to create an experience like no other. Arlo restaurant on site producing contemporary Australian dishes reflecting the amazing produce of the area. The hotels challenging 9 hole golf course is only a short walk from the accommodation.

Responsibilities:

As a Front of House or Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a remarkable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Greeting and seating guests with a warm and friendly attitude.

2. Taking food and beverage orders and providing recommendations.

3. Mixing and serving cocktails, wines, and beverages to the highest standards.

4. Maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

5. Coordinating with the kitchen to ensure efficient service.

6. Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

7. Managing cash and payments accurately.

8. Upholding our commitment to exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

We are looking for dedicated industry professionals who possess the following qualifications and qualities:

1. Experience as a Bartender and Front of House staff in a high-end restaurant or similar establishment.

2. Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and wine pairings.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

5. Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.

6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization.

7. A positive and friendly demeanor that can create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
