The Role:
As Restaurant Supervisor at the The Royce, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets.

- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist in menu planning and development.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Assist in scheduling and managing staff shifts.
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage service.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
