The Role:
We are looking for a Restoration Supervisor/Technician to join our growing team in Melbourne. You will be responsible for providing restoration services to clients whose properties have been damaged by extenuating circumstances such as fire, flood, storm, or malicious damage.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attend water damage, fire damage, sewerage ingress & mould jobs
- Perform all areas of mitigation & restoration works as required, including equipment installation & monitoring
- Liaise with internal office staff, project managers & external clients
- Prepare & present damage, inspection & inventory lists reports for insurers
- Complete all necessary job documentation
Key Selection Criteria:
- Experience in hands on, physically demanding roles
- Restoration Industry and IICRC certification (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Desire to go above & beyond to deliver exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently & within a team
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment
- Computer and Microsoft Office skills (Intermediate to advanced)
- Proactive nature & good work ethic
- Must have a valid driver’s license
