Role Responsibilities
We are looking for highly motivated, experienced Restoration Technicianto join our dynamic and growing team. As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in the restoration and recovery of properties affected by mould, water, fire, or other forms of damage. Your expertise and attention to detail will help bring life back to damaged spaces, ensuring the satisfaction and relief of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls and assess the extent of damage.
- Execute restoration procedures, including water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mould remediation.
- Perform structural repairs and renovations to restore damaged areas to their original condition.
- Safely operate and maintain restoration equipment and tools.
- Document and communicate restoration processes, progress, and completion to project managers and clients.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure efficient and effective restoration operations.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restoration Technician or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and materials.
- Familiarity with water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, and mould remediation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.
