About the role:

Your friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing nature will enable you to connect with our customers, sharing your expertise and firsthand experience with our products on the shop floor. You'll drive sales and give incredible customer service. You’ll assist with stock, inventory control, merchandising and help with warranty claims.

About you:

• You’ll have good availability to work shifts including weekends
• You’ll be available to work over the Christmas and New Year period
• You’ll have retail and customer service experience
• You’ll have a friendly and confident personality
• You’ll have an empathetic and customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and complaints
• You'll have a solid understanding of 12V DC Devices and Battery Systems
• You'll have a passion or strong interest in camping, 4WD and the outdoors
